how long does shipping take?
domestic orders ship in 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–5. international 7–14. free shipping on orders over $150.
do you ship internationally?
yes — to most countries. import duties may apply at the destination.
can i change or cancel my order?

what are pieces made of?
solid 14k gold, sterling silver, freshwater pearl and ethically sourced stones. nothing plated.
how do i find my ring size?
we send a free paper ring sizer with any ring order, or measure an existing ring's inner diameter in mm.
are pieces hypoallergenic?
yes. all our metals are nickel-free and skin-safe.
care & lifetime polish
can i shower in my jewelry?
you can — but daily exposure to chlorine, salt water and perfume will dull the finish faster. take pieces off when you can.
how do i clean it?
warm water, a drop of dish soap and a soft toothbrush. dry with a microfiber cloth.
what's the lifetime polish?
anything you've ever bought from us, anytime — send it in, we'll re-polish, re-set stones and ship it back. on us.
returns
what's your return window?
unworn pieces can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
are personalized pieces returnable?
engraved or made-to-order pieces are final sale, but we'll always help with sizing or repairs.
